I wanted something to use at home without having to buy a full gym and this pushup board was perfect!
I bought these as part of a bundle and they were reasonably priced compared to most of the bands available on the market. Keep in mind that I bought them during the pandemic and home gym craze that resulted from it. Bands and home gym equipment have been crazy expensive these days. That said, they seem to be of good quality and have been holding up well so far. I have used them for band resistance exercises, but mostly as added resistance in bench training. I would definitely buy them again if the price remains reasonable and may purchase higher resistance ones in the future.

It was easy to assemble everything, I probably got it done within 20mins. Nice part is that there is an extra for every screw. So in case you lose one, you can alway have a backup.
I like it, and it is a nice change from dumbbells and works muscles differently. The booklet that comes with to help show you the different exercise options is great！
I am just 49 years old guy who is using the rollerblades occasionally but I absolutely love them. For the first time in my life I have rollerblades that are big enough to be absolutely comfortable. They are smooth and I enjoy them a lot. I have rather narrow or regular width feet and I am wearing size 15 working boots but I bought the rollerblades in size 14 and they fit perfectly. So in my opinion they are a little oversized.
I will also add these seem to be similar quality as some of the name brand ones that cost 1.5-2x as much for a similar set, so hopefully they hold up as well as those.
