The rope is very light weight. I am a beginner, I think it would be better for a beginner for it to be a bit heavier. I am sure an experience jumper would like this for speed.

This bike is easy to adjust and the seat is comfortable.
The quality is better than what I was expected, very stable and firm.
The rear of the flywheel is really more stable than a regular exercise bike!
